I don't remember the name of this place. But it was on the west side. Near the jazz lounge place. And next door to the "BEST MASSAGE FOR MEN & WOMEN." So shady looking...
Red velvet with cream cheese icing. The cupcakes were on the small side, but it was quite tasty.
