M and I had dinner at Macaroni Grill last night (yes, I did a surprise visit to the CR). I was boring and got some penne in a spicy tomato sauce, but M decided to order the eggplant parmesan.
The picture doesn't really show it, but the slices of eggplant that came with his dish were HUGE. And there were three of them. They were about the size of the bread plates! If you laid it them out, I'm pretty sure it would have covered 3/4 of his dinner plate. And according to M, it was delicious.
