Maryland Trip Part Two

There were more tasty treats than what is being shown here at the party. All of this was from the next day. There was a lot of food being served the night before, and the remainder served as brunch before heading home.

I'm not exactly sure what is in suman, but I know there's sticky rice. Maybe coconut milk. Whatever is in it exactly, is fantastic. And the flan (oh the flan!), there were at least five of six left over. I couldn't possibly let them go to waste, so I brought some back to New York. The dishes they were cooked in came from the Philippines. I think they might sell them at the Philippine store in Jersey City. Don't quote me on that, but I thought I saw some there.
