Breakfast of Champions Pt. 2


I am a hash brown freak. I love the formed shredded potato patties so much. There is at least one package of them in the freezer.

Cooked in the toaster oven. Salt. Ketchup.

And it sure sounds good right about now.

Potatoes are the best part of breakfast.

I bake off potatoes a dozen at a time, so I can have them around in the fridge. Cut some into chunks and throw them into a cast iron pan with a couple T's of oil.

When they are golden, I like to salt them, and slather them in Frank's Red Hot.

Who needs eggs.
