Went to the grocery store and candy just happened to be 20 cents a package. So 50 dollars worth was purchased.
Not for me, mind you. It's for my aunt to send back to the Philippines. Which doesn't make sense- it will be shipped by boat, and quite likely in a cargo hold that is not temperature controlled. Those kids in the Philippines will be opening up balikbayan boxes full of melted chocolate.

I just left some cheap Easter close-out candy in the hot car for a couple of hours today.
Melted mini Twix bars are so sad.
