I don’t have to come up with an exotic dinner to meet a submission deadline anymore, so I’m taking it easy this morning. To start things off, I am cutting coupons. I’m not really even looking at the coupons themselves, but the act of cutting along the dotted line… it’s soothing.
My breakfast. Sure… I could have whipped up something from scratch, something you would expect on a food blog. But this was in the freezer. I was hungry. Prep work includes taking it out of the box, removing the wrapper, and tossing it in the oven. Taking it easy.
