First day of November and it’s the start of soup season for me. And it makes sense - there’s that chill in the air that just begs for something hot and soupy to make things better.
To start things off, I made a very easy vegetable noodle soup. I utilized the contents of my pantry and freezer to make this and did it ever hit the spot. I ate it with lots of Parmesan cheese and a dash of hot sauce.
