1 package of boneless chicken breasts, sliced
Broccoli florets (how much you want to use up to you)
King oyster mushrooms, sliced (sub if you want)
1 box penne pasta
Olive oil
Salt/Pepper
Parmesan cheese
- Boil pasta according to directions on box.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat a pan on medium heat and add enough olive oil to to coat the bottom. Add chicken and cook until it no longer looks raw. Cook a little longer so that the chicken starts to lightly brown. Remove from pan.
- Add a little more olive oil and throw in the broccoli. Cook. When the broccoli starts to become a brighter green, add the mushrooms and toss. Cook for a few minutes. Add the chicken, and cook long enough to warm up the meat.
- Drain the pasta and add to the pot and toss. Season with salt and pepper, and a generous portion of cheese. Combine all the ingredients. Re-season as necessary.
