I really wanted some tabbouleh, but I didn’t want to use bulgur… besides, I couldn’t find it. What I could find were wheat berries I bought from Honest Weight months ago.
I guess I’ve made this enough that I don’t have to depend on the HTCE recipe. The tomatoes, cukes, and mint are from the garden. No exact measuring here, and it still turned out pretty good. Might have just been lucky.
