Fried Chicken



Chicken thighs, skinned. Flour, salt, pepper. Twice fried. So darn good.

Mmmmm....fried chicken. I've been trying out all sorts of fried chicken recipes lately. I will never cook another piece of chicken that wasn't soaked in buttermilk overnight first. I also like adding a little baking powder and salt to the flour coating to give a little rise to it as it fries up.
