On Saturday M and I went over to one of his co-worker’s house to celebrate her daughter’s first birthday. It was a small gathering, made up for family members and co-workers… and me.
This co-worker,(H), really takes M’s vegetarian diet into consideration and makes sure there is plenty for him to eat… and drink. It was actually through her we discovered Colebrook Wines- a wine that some people may question, but our taste buds like it, so we’ll stick with it. There was a mixed salad, pasta salad, and baked ziti for M to choose from, and he ate them all. For the meat eaters in the group, there was a tray of pulled pork.
I’m still working on my appreciation of it. I actually didn’t eat any at the party, but made myself a few mini sandwiches when we got back to the apartment (H always makes sure we don’t leave the house empty handed). I really need to find out where she got the food from, because this meat was delicious. And compared to the pork I had at the Pig Out, this was loads better.
All I know it’s in Niskayuna… so for those of you that live out there, maybe you’re familiar with the place that sells really good pulled pork. And if you do… please tell me?

I bet it was LT's/ Andy's Catering. I haven't eaten there in years, but they had a big ad in today's TU with their menu.
