1 pound baby bok choy, washed and ends trimmed
0.5 pound bean sprouts, rinsed
good pinch of red pepper flakes
sprinkle of ground black pepper
sesame seed oil
oyster sauce
Heat up a big enough pan and add the oil. Add the bok choy and cook on medium high heat until it becomes darker in color, about 3 minutes. Add the sprouts and cook for another 2 minutes. Add oyster sauce to taste and pepper.
