Kimchi Fried Rice



Kimchi, leftover ground beef, leftover rice. Tart from the kimchi (I dumped the rest of the jar into the pan) but satisfying.

No egg? For me it's not quite fried rice without an egg to bring the individual components together into some kind of whole.

I'm not an egg fan, so I tend to cook without it. Also, I've noticed when it comes to Filipino style fried rice, they don't really use egg, they just fry the eggs up separately.
