A Request to the Dutch Oven Gods

If you cook, there are certain things you must have. Good knives, large enough cutting board, and cookware.

I used to have this awesome Kitchen Aid set, but I was foolish and left it in one of my old apartments *along with a table* and never saw it again. My mom still complains about that, five years later. When I moved back upstate, I decided against a good set and just got pots and pans that would get the job done.

But I still long for some good cookware. A Le Creuset dutch oven, for example. Asthetically pleasing, and I love the idea of being able to move it from the stove top, to the oven. According to Not Martha, a dutch oven comparable to the Creuset may be available at your local Target store. There are three in this area, and so far the East Greenbush Target is without. I'll let you know if I can find it at the other two stores.
