Salt & Samovar is Quite Dinner Party Appropriate

I was doing my usual reading of the New York Times Dining & Wine section when I saw a story on throwing a budget friendly, but lavish looking dinner party. I clicked on the link and hello, Dane Risch! Okay, so you might not know who that is, but he's in Salt & Samovar... and Alison Dahl's other half. And you must remember Alison Dahl- Project Runway and the infamous recycling challenge.
