It's Almost Ready!

 

Only four more days before M's first brew will be ready. He couldn't wait until Sunday, so he cracked open one of the smaller bottles.

His thoughts? "It was the best beer I've ever had in my life. Not really... but it was pretty good." The bottom of the bottles had a definite layer, I'm not exactly sure what that was (M calls it's yeast sh*t) Taste wise, it was slightly hoppy and a bit "maple syrupy." I thought there was a slight after taste, but otherwise decent.
