More Apple Picking

I guess it’s official – apple picking season is over. I was in the car this afternoon and the reporter had mentioned that most orchards are just about picked out. The warm spring led to earlier harvests, and the storms that passed through this area didn’t help with the whole pick-your-own situation. But it does help with cider making… and I do love cider.

Quick Day Trip

UPDATE: The problem with catching up with people, is that you get too caught up in the catching up. And you forget things you planned on doing... like taking food shots.

But I did remember once! When I went in to grab a beer, I took a shot of this:

The Drexel Dragon! The party girl stayed up until the wee hours decorating all these cupcakes. Is it the best thing ever? No, but it sure is better than something I could do.
