Street Vendor Food: Halal Chicken

You can’t tell by this mess of a meal, but it’s chicken with rice, vegetables, and a salad. Doused with whatever sauces they usually add.

Messy. It was okay, nothing amazing. As you can see the salad was starting to brown; and unless it is a spinach salad, it shouldn’t be eaten warm. A whole lot of weirdness going on there.

At least I think it's squid. It may be cuttlefish. Either way it's delicious.
