Recipes for the Lazy and Marginally Malnourished

So, R's been bugging me for quite some time to write something on here. So, here goes..
I'm not much for cooking. A typical day usually starts out with coffee.. lots of coffee.. a donut (or if I'm feeling especially adventurous, a slice of pizza) for lunch.. and a microwaved packet of rice-a-roni for dinner...

Generic Microwave Reconstitution Recipe for the Criminally Lazy
1 packet Rice-a-Roni (you may substitute Lipton, Knorr, Zatarains, Hungry Jack, or.. uh.. pretty much anything else you find in that supermarket isle)
1 (preferably, though by no means necessary -- just be on the lookout for sharp plastic splinters) microwave-safe bowl
3 Cups water

Add delicious packet of rice/noodles/potatoes to bowl
Add water
Microwave for 13 minutes on High

...But under the right circumstances I can whip up a pretty mean concoction out of whatever's left lying around my fridge and cupboard.
I had a day off today, and instead of doing anything that might be considered productive, I sat around watching the first 2 seasons of The Office. By the time 4:00pm came rolling around, I was finished with my 2nd pot of coffee, Jim had just transferred, and I was feeling a little hungry. Out came the electric water kettle, R's Perfect Pasta doo-hicky, and some awesome Baked Mac & Cheese and Fettuccine Alfredo.

Baked Macaroni and Cheese
6oz Elbow Macaroni
1 1/2c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Chopped Onion
2tbsp Olive Oil
1tbsp Mustard Powder
3tbsp Flour
1c. Bread Crumbs
2c. Water

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and cook macaroni noodles. Add Oil to medium sauce pan at medium heat and cook Onion until translucent. Add 2c. Water and bring to a boil. Slowly add cheese and stir until melted. Add Flour, Mustard Powder. Turn off heat and stir in 1/2c. Bread Crumbs. Add black pepper to taste. Mix cheese sauce and noodles, then evenly spread out in a 9"x9" baking pan. Top with remaining bread crumbs and bake for 20min.

Fettuccine Alfredo
6oz Fettuccine Noodles
4oz. Cream Cheese
4tbsp Butter
6oz. Parmesan Cheese
3tbsp Flour
3tbsp Olive Oil

Cook noodles to preferred tenderness. Add oil, butter, and cream cheese to a medium sauce pan and allow butter to melt. Add 1/2c. water and bring to a boil. Slowly add Parmesan cheese. Once melted, add flour. This will thicken the mixture considerably. Add water to attain desired thickness.
